The 74 ZIP codes moving from standard to Extended are a more modest increase — $1.10 commercial and $2.20 residential per package. The 102 ZIP codes newly entering the standard tier will begin incurring a DAS charge for the first time at $4.45 commercial or $6.60 residential per package. For PAS, the Extended-to-Remote move adds $7.20 per stop and the standard-to-Extended move adds $2.10 per stop for residential on-call pickups.
