About Anthony

Anthony Robinson is the Founder and CEO of ShipScience, the logistics intelligence platform that helps mid-market and enterprise shippers audit parcel invoices, automate carrier claims, and make data-driven shipping decisions. Under his leadership, ShipScience has grown from 3.2 million shipments analyzed in 2018 to nearly 100 million annually.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Stanford University. In 2003 he founded Relectric.com, where managing seven figures in annual UPS spend gave him firsthand exposure to the exact problems ShipScience now solves. He later co-founded and exited Robly.com, and has served on advisory boards at Ciye and RESA Power.

In 2023 he authored Ship Smarter, a guide to logistics for scaling businesses. He writes regularly on parcel data, carrier performance, and shipping economics on LinkedIn and the ShipScience blog.

Anthony lives in Los Gatos, California with his wife and children, where he serves as President of the Los Gatos chapter of National Junior Basketball.
