What data sources can you ingest?

We connect to major parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, regional carriers), retrieve tracking events, invoices, and claims data. We also ingest order data from your OMS, ERP, or WMS to enrich parcel records with business context.

How do you connect to carrier accounts and billing centers?

We support carrier API connections, EDI feeds, and secure credential-based access to carrier portals. For billing data, we connect directly to carrier billing centers to retrieve invoice files. Our team handles the integration setup during implementation.

What analytics & reporting is included?

The platform includes executive dashboards, custom reporting capabilities, and proactive alerting. You get carrier performance views, spend analysis, SLA tracking, and exception monitoring. Reports can be scheduled, exported, or accessed via API.

Can you enrich parcel data with data from my order/OMS/TMS/WMS/ERP system?

Yes. We ingest order-level data from your systems of record and join it to parcel events by order ID, SKU, or custom identifiers. This enables reporting by product, customer, channel, and other business dimensions.

Can we export data to our BI/data warehouse?

Yes—CSV/Excel exports, scheduled deliveries, APIs, and webhooks. Many customers feed ERP/GL and data lakes from the platform.

If I sign up for SimpleClaims or ActiveAudit, is this included?

Yes. The data platform powers SimpleClaims. API usage and exports are included by default; enterprise options (e.g., SIEM export, residency) can be added when an Enterprise SOW is requested.

How do you support security reviews?

We provide SOC 2 Type II documentation, security questionnaire responses, and technical architecture documentation. Our platform supports SSO, role-based access control, and comprehensive audit logging. Visit our Trust Center for details.

Do I need to switch carriers or platforms?

No. The Parcel Data Platform works with your existing carriers and systems. We normalize data from whatever sources you use today. No platform migration required.
