Important Update: Beyond, Inc. will discontinue parcel claims filing for UPS and FedEx shipments effective July 7, 2025. ShipScience, the technology provider behind Beyond’s claims processing engine, is now offering direct support to all Beyond partners to ensure no disruption in claims services. (In many instances your parcel claims payout success rate/payout will increase as our support will not only be limited to Beyond-related packages.
