Matthew Bohn is Director of Negotiation Strategy & Optimization at ShipScience, where he helps enterprise shippers improve carrier agreements, optimize carrier mix strategies, and navigate increasingly complex parcel pricing environments.

Matthew brings more than a decade of experience in parcel pricing, carrier revenue management, and logistics consulting. His career includes leadership roles in pricing strategy, carrier mix optimization, and professional services, where he has worked closely with shippers to analyze transportation data, structure stronger carrier agreements, and improve long-term shipping performance.

Before joining ShipScience, Matthew held leadership positions at Shipware and Lojistic, focusing on carrier mix optimization and rate strategy. Earlier in his career, he spent more than nine years at FedEx in revenue management and pricing roles, where he provided pricing analysis and strategic guidance for some of the company’s largest shipping accounts and helped support the acquisition and retention of multiple $10+ million customers.

Matthew is known for his deep understanding of parcel pricing mechanics, carrier strategy, and market dynamics, as well as his ability to translate complex pricing structures into actionable strategies that deliver measurable value for shippers.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
